Returns and Refunds
Each print is crafted to order with careful attention to quality, and your satisfaction is my top priority. Upon arrival, please inspect your artwork. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours at renata@renatarush.com, and I’ll work swiftly to make it right. Please include photos of any damage or errors in your email to help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If, for any reason, your original artwork or canvas print doesn’t meet your expectations, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The artwork or print must be in the same condition as received.
- It should be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact me at renata@renatarush.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Commissions:
Each commissioned piece is crafted uniquely for you, reflecting your personal vision and preferences. Due to the custom nature of these artworks, all sales of commissioned pieces are final, and I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Please note that I am unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’d like a different piece, the fastest option is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can purchase your preferred artwork as a new order.
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you of the refund decision. Please note that the artwork must be in my possession and inspected before any monetary refund is issued. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
